Những lỗi thường gặp ở motor cong xep tự động

Cổng xếp tự động đã có mặt tại Việt Nam rất nhiều năm gần đây . Được sử dụng rộng rãi trên khắp cả nước . Cổng xếp được lắp đặt tại các công trình công ty, nhà xưởng, cổng trường học, công viên, khu đô thị,. .. Sau một khoảng thời gian sử dụng nhất định , hoặc do thời tiết vì cổng xếp tự động được lắp đặt ngoài trời không thể tránh được các vấn đề lỗi kỹ thuật như motor  cong xep không chạy, cháy bo mạch, bấm điều khiển không nhận tín hiệu sóng.

Nội dung chính:

Động cơ cổng xếp bao gồm các bộ phận như : . motor cong xep , hộp mạch điều khiển và cảm biết từ dẫn hướng và tự dừng bằng nam châm từ.

Đầu tiên, Trước khi xác định được các lỗi của động cơ, bạn phải chắc chắn đảm bảo rằng nguồn điện đã vào mạch điều khiển trung tâm . Đảm bảo nguồn điện đã được đấu đúng vị trí hiển thị, độ nhạy sóng vẫn tốt không ảnh hưởng gì . Đảm bảo bo mạch điều khiển vẫn hoạt động tốt, không có dấu hiểu gỉ sét, nóng, chảy thiếc hàn ,… Nếu không gặp các trường hợp như trên thì hộp điều khiển vẫn hoạt động tốt.

Tiếp theo, sau khi kiểm tra bo mạch điều khiển ok thì chúng ta cần kiểm tra phần cảm biến từ . Thông thường,  cổng xếp có 3 dạng . Cổng xếp chạy 2 đường ray trên thanh ray V . cổng xếp chạy 1 đường ray vuông ở giữa .  và cổng xếp không đường ray dẫn hướng bằng nam châm từ.

  • Đối với cổng xếp có ray bao gồm cổng chạy 2 đường ray và 1 đường ray thì sẽ có phần cảm biến tự dừng . Sử dụng 2 cảm biến từ dạng bút và 4 viên nam châm chôn 2 điểm đầu và cuối của cổng xếp . Cách test không quá cầu kì, bạn chỉ cần cho cổng đóng mở 1-2 lần để cho phần đầu cổng chạm đến nam châm được chôn dưới đất xem cổng có tự dừng k hay tiếp tục chạy . Nếu dừng thì cảm biến từ vẫn hoạt dộng tốt .  Còn không thì chứng tỏ phầm cảm biến từ đã bị hỏng . Lúc này chúng ta chỉ cần mua 2 cảm biến mới thay vào là có thể sử dụng được.
  • Đối với cổng xếp không ray : Bộ phận điều hướng và từ dừng bao gồm những bộ phận sau : .  1 cảm biến từ , 4 viên nam châm dài chôn 2 điểm đầu . và cuối và các viên nam châm tròn , chôn dưới giữa của cổng xếp trung bình khoảng 1m chôn 4 viên. Thông thường sẽ xảy ra lỗi chạy lệch đường ray, cổng không tự dừng . Trường hợp này cũng tương tự như cổng có ray. Chúng ta tiến hành test như trên để kiểm tra

Với motor cong xep, Thực tế motor khi hoạt động đúng công xuất rất ít khi xảy ra lỗi dù bất kỳ hãng nào . Tuy nhiên vẫn có thể xảy ra các lỗi chập cháy do bị nước bào, vỡ vòng bi, nổ tụ
